Refunds/Returns

• All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
• All postage costs are to be borne by the Customer.
• If items are found to be defective, the item will be replaced.  Photo evidence must be produced upon request and items returned in original packaging within 7 days.
• Under no circumstances can used goods be returned.

 

Exchanges

• Horses at Home will take no responsibility for incorrect ordering of sizes and colours.
• If we have a similar item in stock in the size you require we will  be happy to exchange the item.
• All postage costs to be borne by the customer.
• No refund will be given.
