Please contact Horses at Home within five days of receiving the item to discuss refund and return. All postage costs to be borne by the customer. Only defective items will be refunded, these must be returned to us no later than 7 days from delivery with the original packaging. Under no circumstances will we accept returns that have been used. A copy of the original Tax Invoice should be attached to the returned item along with a brief description of the fault.

Exchanges

Horses at Home will take no responsibility for incorrect ordering of sizes and colours.  If we have a similar item in stock in the size you require we will  be happy to exchange the item. All postage costs to be borne by the customer. No refund will be given.
