My name is Kelly Ralph, I am a predominately show rider based on the far south coast of NSW in Bodalla. I compete in show horses at national level, and dabble in a little bit of dressage.
My current team of horses consists of KL Embers, a successful large show hunter galloway who will be retiring shortly to breed from. We have enjoyed great success including placing in the top 5 of Grand Nationals and qualifying for 9 Grand Nationals in a row. Belmore Park Dream Girl who is a 4 year old dutch riding pony who was a newcomer in late 2023. We will compete in dressage and showing for 2024. KL Resignation, a 2.5year old warmblood galloway who will be broken at the end of the year and will commence his show career with youngstock shows in 2024.
My goals for 2024 include competing at the Sydney CDI in the 4 year old pony dressage with Belmore Park Dream Girl, and diving a little deeper into the dressage world! I hope for a successful final year for KL Embers and a successful start to showing for KL Resignation. Wherever we go, I always strive to achieve a happy horse and to build a strong connection with my horses.
